A.Melting Furnace
1--Furnace structure
Furnace using a non-magnetic metal asbestos board, induction coils, refractories and high-strength insulation materials,  non-magnetic metal aluminum material and other components. Copper rod
connected the furnace and sensors to the lining material of asbestos and refractory bricks
2--Induction coil
Brass Induction coil shaped around the system. Induction coils connected outside the welded M8
and insulation column, users can easily disassembled when replacing consumable parts. Cooling
water should be top intake on the top and below out.
3--Transmission structure
Furnace drive adopt mechanical transmission. Reducer output shaft driven by the motor, which realized through furnace shaft rotation. Hand wheel of gear reducer can be used manually during a power outage. Regularly oil adding of the reducer is necessary.
4--Installation
Equipment installation should be determined by the actual needs, floorplan and underlying graph provided by us, the furnace and converter should not be too far away, so as to avoid the loss of power.
