Functions:
1. Heating metal materials for forging, the heating thickness range is 45mm-90mm, such as round bar, steel tube,mold accessory ect;
2. Hardening metal material for changing the rigidity, the hardening depth range is 3.5-6.0mm, such as axle, leaf springs, fork, valve, rocker, ball stud and other auto parts;
2. Melting: with a higher power, the melting time is about 15-25minutes. It can be used to melt 150kg Copper, Gold, Silver, 50kg Aluminum and Steel;
3. Welding: soldering, cooper soldering, fast speed cutting tools soldering, hard alloy soldering/welding, copper tube soldering.
4. Heat treatment: Annealing, after welding heat treatment, metal parts internal stress relive, shaft, and gear surface hardening/quenching.
